After ordering the same drink (Tall Mocha with 2 extra shots of espresso) on three separate occasions and getting it with NO espresso, (it should be overpowering yet it was just like hot chocolate!) I'm done. The majority of the staff are very disinterested in any customer service, period. I feel terrible sorry for the one or two employees that actually care, they can't be expected to carry the whole store though!
Seeing all these terrible reviews, I'm wondering why Corporate hasn't stepped in? :(
