  Horrible service, bad fod and lengthy wait time. Got my order incorrect after waiting 20 minutes and kept forgetting my drinks even after reminding them. Food was not close to good for a steep price.

  Tried their supposed invention "Home of the Rib Dog" which is $8 Rib Dog with sweet peppers and onions (no sides) at the Lake City Air Show this Saturday (4/10/16). It took about 6m or so before I got my order, I think the wait was on grilling the peppers and onions but they were not well grilled and when I bit into something pretty hard I though it might have been a piece of pepper stem they missed during prep. To my, and the people around me, utter surprise it was a piece of cartilage from the rib. What I had in mind for a rib dog was either rib meat inside a casing (hotdog style) or just some rib meat in a bun. What I actually got was a single rib (bones/cartilage) and all on a big hot dog bun topped with the peppers and onions and a mild sauce. After that I didn't want to just chomp down on the "rib dog" and possibly break a tooth so I pulled the rib out and was trying to just eat it, the rib was tough. I just threw it away. One of my friends said maybe this is just the way the "rib dog" was supposed to be, which if it is they should at least tell you before you buy it about the bones/cartilage.
