  Ordered in the drive through. Both meals we received were not what we ordered and we a much lesser priced meal. We are 18 miles away and are not going to head back. Tried to call the numbers listed and one has been disconnected, the other no one answered and the voice mailbox has not been set up. We had been very excited that Captain D's was coming to Lake City.... but first experience was a huge disappointment.

  Food was absolutely amazing. Came out fast. Service was wonderful. A little on the pricey side when you bring the whole family 5+ and for 70$. It was well worth it.

  Healthy choice. Good deals with reasonable prices. Perfect portions; their side salad is like a regular salad somewhere else. Grilled an fried options. They do have chicken tenders. Excellent kids meal deal including two sides, drink and cookie for $4.00 Consistently fresh, nice variety of vegetables as complements. Their breadsticks are yummy (some sort of fusion of bread and doughnut) dip it in their strawberry topping and you got dessert. Pleasant decor with good lighting and colors in the dining room. Happy to have this affordable healthy option in Lake City.

  For a fast food restaurant basically, it's pretty good. I'm not sure if the crab topped tilapia was actually tilapia but it was still good. Their grilled and fried shrimp dishes are good.
