Because of a special diet (which I "didn't" say "anything" about up front) I asked them to "alter" a specific "menu" item. Not "only" did the waitress not make it seem unreasonable (it was complicated & In would've understood) but she smiled & said let me talk to the cook! Not only did they work together to accommodate me, they went beyond it & made it special, by adding the extras to fit what I asked for. (i.e. changed the kind of bread to match the taste, offered embellishments to accommodate taste...etc.) I'm "TOTALLY" Charmed!January 12, 2017
